City Hall Community Room and Lobby Rentals


City Hall's Community Room and Lobby are available for rental. Please click here for the Facility Rental Agreement.

The Community Room is 1600 sq. ft., includes 20 - 60" round tables, 4 - 8' rectangular tables and 120 chairs. The kitchen is 200 sq. ft., includes a full-size refridgerator, microwave, sink and counter space. Set-up is included in the rental fee. A set-up diagram must be received 10 business days prior to the function.

Facility Attendant - $9.00 per hour (Minimum 4 hours)

*Residents are those persons who live or operate a business within the incorporated city limits and pay city taxes.  Proof of residence or business ownership is required (i.e. – valid driver’s license, occupational tax certificate).
