The Community Room is 1,600 square feet, includes 20-60-inch round tables, 10 - 6-feet rectangular tables and 120 chairs. The kitchen is 200 square feet, includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink and counter space. Set-up is included in the rental fee.
