Mayor Jerry Oberholtzer
Jerry Oberholtzer is married to Roxanne with three sons, Jerry, Matthew, Paul. He attends St. Oliver's Church and is a 24 year Snellville resident. Jerry received a BSCE Degree from Clemson University and is currently an Engineer with O'Brien & Gere.
Jerry's passion for improving our quality of life is demonstrated in the numerous code amendments he has championed including improvements to the City's lighting ordinance, tree ordinance, and architectural standards. Jerry also serves as Chairman of the Georgia Municipal Association Transportation Policy Committee and is a member of the Association's Executive Board.
Jerry's degree and experience in park planning and facility design is benefiting our community as he is an integral part of our planning and implementation of a new and expanded recycling center, Briscoe Park improvement plans, and the City Center project.

Council Member Kelly Kautz
Kelly grew up in the Snellville area and is a graduate of Brookwood High School. After graduating from the University of Georgia with both a Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science and a Juris Doctorate Degree Kelly returned home to Snellville.
She now lives and works in Snellville. Kelly purchased a home in Summit Chase with her border collie Maverick. After serving as a prosecuting attorney, Kelly decided to open her own law practice on Scenic Highway. Kelly has a general practice law office where her dad assists as the business manager.
Kelly is committed to assuring that the quality of life in Snellville remains a place where she can someday raise a family and her parents can retire. In addition to serving on City Council, Kelly is a life long member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church, a member of the South Gwinnett Business Women's Association, a founder of the Snellville Arts Alliance and active in the Summit Chase Homeowner's Association.

Council Member Tod Warner
Tod Warner, his wife and three young children live in the Summit Chase Subdivision. Tod was on the Summit Chase Home Owners Association for a number of years before being appointed to the Snellville Planning Commission in December 2003. Tod became Chairman of the Planning Commission in March 2006 and held that position until his unopposed election to the Snellville City Council in November 2007.
Tod will remain focused on public service rather than politics and will strive to do what is right for Snellville rather than what is politically expedient.

Council Member Barbara Bender
Barbara Bender and her husband, Greg, have been married for over 20 years and reside in the Misty River subdivision in the Summit Chase area with their two children, Nick and Katie. Barbara has been a resident of South Gwinnett for over 30 years with 20 of those years in the Snellville area. The family attends St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic Church.
Barbara graduated from Parkview High School and earned a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University. Barbara is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience and is currently Vice President of Hamilton Financial, P.C., CPAs and Investments located on Hwy. 124 in Snellville. She is currently the Treasurer of the Commerce Club of Snellville.
Barbara is passionately committed to Snellville and her desire to enrich an already great city. Barbara believes that enhancing Snellville as a live, work and play community will lead to a better quality of life for our citizens.

Council Member Warren Auld
Warren and his wife Joan who have been married over 25 years chose Snellville as their home and place to raise their son Jacob and daughter Mary Grace because of the traditions and values upon which this city was built. In addition to his time on City Council, Warren serves as an elder in his church at New Covenant Community Church and volunteers as an attorney coach at Brookwood High School with the Georgia High School Mock Trial Program.
With a law office in Snellville and South Gwinnett for more than 20 years, Warren's practice encompasses domestic and family law, business representation and civil litigation.
Warren’s commitment is to make certain Snellville continues to thrive as a city safe for families and good for business.
