Construction Schedule and Known Details (updated Feb. 23, 2018) There is slight change of plans since construction crews still have some utility issues to address, hindering them from continuing on Highway 78 from Henry Clower Boulevard to Highway 124. The new plan is to start working from Fountain Drive to Henry Clower Boulevard then continue down Henry Clower to 124. Crews will be removing the sidewalks and widening the southern side of 78. Once the utilities are moved on the north side of Highway 78, crews will move back to that location. The major portion of the project's construction will take place in late February or early March and continue for a year, construction officials said.
