Thompson said he wants to “wants to see the city continue to grow and foster the development of the Town Center and to continue to offer a positive experience for the citizens of Snellville.”
Jan Burke is once again the city’s Controller. She served in that position for 13 years and is back after a brief absence.
Burke said she wants “to maintain the financial reporting standards that have been achieved by the city.”
“When I started with the city, we had one bank account and only the general fund,” she said. “It has grown to 19 bank accounts and 14 funds. I am very happy to be back!”
