Once the Department of Planning and Department receives a completed application for annexation, rezoning, land use plan amendment, conditional use permit, variance, or appeal, the application and supporting documents and exhibits are assigned a case number and uploaded to the City's website for public view and download. New documents received by the applicant including application revisions and supplements are also added to the website. The Planning Department Case Summary and Analysis containing the recommendations of the Planning Department is uploaded in advance of the public hearing date.
