Welcome to the Administration Department!

The City of Snellville operates under a Council-Manager form of government. The City Manager is appointed by the Council and works with its members on policy creation and then manages staff, assuring implementation. Comparing this form of government to a private business, the Mayor serves as Chairman of the Board and the City Council acts as the Board of Directors. The City Manager, under the direction of the City Council, manages the day-to-day operations of the city.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Snellville City Council has adopted and published on the official website the City of Snellville Grievance Policy and Procedure for Disabled Individuals as included in our ADA Transition Plan adopted on October 13, 2025.
ADA COORDINATOR
The City Clerk/Administrative Manager serves as the designated ADA Coordinator for the City of Snellville. The ADA Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, development and implementation of the Transition Plan. The ADA Coordinator completes relevant and required ADA training. The ADA Coordinator will also provide necessary internal training and information sharing to departmental representatives and members of the ADA panel.
