REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Building Demolition and Site Restoration of the Property known as
Briscoe Park Maintenance Building – 1000 East Park Drive, Snellville
Bid Number COS240228
The City of Snellville (City) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor and materials required for the complete demolition and debris removal of two (2) pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), and one (1) CMU block building and certain site improvements and restoration of the site located at 1000 East Park Drive, Snellville, Georgia 30078.
Proposals should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with the bid number COS240228, project identification and Company Name. Sealed Proposals will be received at City Hall until 2:00 PM local time on March 20, 2024 at the Snellville City Hall Reception Desk, First Floor, 2342 Oak Road, Snellville, Georgia 30078. Any proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:05 p.m. Apparent results will be available the following business day on the website at www.snellville.org or by written request.
Questions regarding bids should be directed in writing to Matthew Pepper, City Manager via email at mpepper@snellville.org no later than March 13, 2024.
The Proposals shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from bid opening. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and any technicalities, and to reject any or all proposals if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City to do so.
